I grew up in Halton in the local area and my love for computers started when I was a young boy back in the early 80s and progressed from there.
I started repairing computers while working for the NHS in the late 90s and joined Black Box Computers in Lancaster in the early 2000s.
My role was a domestic and business onsite engineer for Black Box computers in Lancaster visiting customers at home and business premises and offering repairs while onsite.
My love for computers took me down the path of custom-building desktop computers along with repairing them and few years later when Blackbox computers became Black Bear computers I became the shop manager and ran the shop.
As time moved on, we became a Custom Gaming PC specialist builder and offered custom designs and builds to customers of all ages, this is where my desktop building skills became an important factor in providing professional and high-quality builds.
Over the years I have repaired in excess of a 1000 desktop and laptop computers along with 100’s of custom-built desktop computers.
Black Bear was sold to The Rydal Group in January 2023, and I have been running the Black Bear Computers repair centre.
Due to the rising costs of running a shop, and after 17 years at Black Bear and Black Box I have decided to set up my own business and work from home.
I will continue offering the high-level service and expertise I have built up over the years and look forward to providing my computer service and repair skills to all my customers.
