Brought my laptop there as it was breaking apart. The owner attended to me immediately. He explained the costs involved and the problems with my laptop super clearly. I appreciate that he did not try to push me to get it repaired at all, in fact he adviced against it. Cool dude.

My laptop screen failed on the Wednesday before Christmas. I rang Black Bear and Mark asked me to bring it round for inspection. He confirmed a cracked screen which would have to be ordered. On the Friday morning, Mark rang to say the new screen had been delivered and he had already tested it. 2 hours later I had a fully functioning laptop. Given the proximity of Christmas, I think this was exceptional service. Thanks again Mark!

I only ever park outside this shop when picking someone up from the bus stop. But reviewing the shop will shut Google maps up.

We have just received our new Home Desktop Pc from Black Bear computers.
We dealt with Mark from start to finish. This Guy needs a knighthood.
He was so patient and understanding with our needs and talked us through everything.
he even copied our pictures and documents from our 15-year-old computer free of charge.
We have had the new machine for over a week now it's so fast and quiet and a joy to use.
we had an issue setting up our wireless printer, so we called Black bear helpline and to our joy we got Mark
he talked us through what to do and stayed on the line while we followed his instructions and within 5-10 minutes our printer was working.
When asking how much this was costing, he stated nothing as we had just bought our New Pc from Black Bear ..
